We don’t often hire any permanent employees – unless we’re recruiting for a specific position – but rather work with a network of efficient and enthusiastic experts who set their own schedules and manage their own workflow.
Yes. Our team of Beavers is fully remote, which means that you can work from the comfort of your own lodge – or someone else’s. We don’t mind if you feel like setting up a workspace in your own home office, a coffee shop or even a foreign country, just as long as you respect deadlines and communicate effectively with us.
We recognize that building a dam good career takes time and effort, and we reward our Beavers for their expertise. As each of our projects have different budgets and timelines, and require different skill sets, the rates we offer will depend on the complexity of the work and your expertise. All you need to do when filling out the application form is tell us about your qualifications and experience, as well as your rate per word and per hour, and we’ll be in touch if we find a project that’s a match.
Just like our adaptability in relation to where you work, we’re highly flexible when it comes to compensation. Whether you prefer PayPal, Payoneer, bank transfers or another method of payment, we can get your funds to wherever you are in the world.

You’ll need plenty of writing or editing experience with a proven commitment to high-quality outputs to be considered for the position.
Social media savvy? Catchy copy creator? Online advertising aficionado? Our Brand Beaver role is the perfect position for a marketing master like you. We’re looking for a marketing all-rounder who understands that good online marketing strategies are driven by data. If this sounds like you and you have a qualification in marketing, advertising communications or similar, you could work with us.
If you’re great with people, you could be the HR Beaver we’re looking for. You’ll be finding new Beavers to join our lodge and handling everything from interviews to hiring and onboarding. All you need is a degree in human resources, industrial psychology or a related filed, and a knack for creating and enhancing talent acquisition and retention strategies.
If you enjoy catching new clients, building relationships with them, and marketing and promoting great products, you could be the Sales Manager Beaver we’re looking for. You’ll need to be an outgoing individual who takes initiative and thrives off of interacting with a variety of different people to succeed in this role.
Industrious? Have a knack for coordinating people and projects? You could thrive as a Project Manager Beaver in our exciting, fast-paced environment. If you’re great at getting likes and boosting brand awareness on all of the major social media channels, you could be our Social Media Manager. We’re looking for an eager beaver to promote our clients in the social media world and market our social media services to attract new business. Besides being able to create captivating content, you’ll need to be able to coordinate the production process and report on your success.
