Diletta Luna OÜ (registry code 14646450) (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider or also as We), located at Sepapaja 6, Tallinn 15551, Estonia, processes your personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act of Estonia and GDPR for providing this website (hereinafter referred to as the Site), and the associated services, data, information, tools, functionality, updates and similar materials (collectively, the Service).
The Service Provider processes personal information only for providing the service you have ordered. We do not transmit, sell or disclose your data to third parties without your prior consent or in the cases provided by law.

The Service Provider uses this information for the purpose of rendering services effectively and efficiently. Also for processing orders; issuing invoices; contacting and informing persons involved about exceptional circumstances regarding the order, request or task; managing and solving order related errors, refunds and feedback; email you with special offers on other products we think you might like

The Service Provider uses this information for accounting purposes and to keep track of whether we have received all the payments from your end. Also for executing reimbursements.

We take pride in the fact that we are a tech-enabled company. We use the following third parties to provide you the services that you have sought from us:

Note: Please note that some of our subcontractors and employees live outside the EU. We confirm that we only transmit personal data to sub-contractors and employees that apply adequate security measures to ensure the security of protection of personal data. Further, we have entered into a written agreement which commits the sub-contractors and employees to take appropriate safeguards in relation to the handling of your personal data.

We will keep your personal data as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was processed, but no longer than for 3 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing and erasing it from the company’s database and records. 

Accountancy related data (invoices and payment records) shall be retained for 7 years.

What steps do we take to ensure the security of your data?

The access to customer’s personal data is provided only to staff members of the Service Provider for processing orders and managing order related errors, refunds and feedback while taking the relevant precautions and measures in order to avoid disclosure, unauthorised access, loss and unlawful use of personal data by irrelevant third parties. 

We may and can transmit personal data to relevant third parties to process orders, process payments through a payment gateway service provider and manage the Service Provider’s accountancy operations proportionately to what is necessary to perform the relevant action. 

Our website encrypts all data transmission by default. We minimise the amount of data that we share with third parties wherever possible. We have entered into a data processing agreement with these third party service providers wherever applicable.

However, do note that no data transmission is guaranteed to be 100% secure and you are providing your personal data at your own risk.

Marketing

The Service Provider would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop the Service Provider from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please inform us through our contact form and you will be removed from our mailing list.
